Experimental software

GAirFlash is experimental and is not certified avionics. It performs no airspace, terrain, fuel or NOTAM validation, and it is not a flight planning tool.

It moves a file. Always verify any imported flight plan on the navigator, against your own flight planning, before departure. You remain responsible for the conduct of the flight.

No warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that a transfer will succeed, or that a file written to a card will be accepted by any particular navigator.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha-InfoTec AG is not liable for any loss arising from use of the software or reliance on data it has transferred. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Hardware and compatibility

GAirFlash is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the manufacturers of any navigator, memory card or flight planning application it interoperates with. Compatibility can change with firmware you install, and is outside our control.

Using support

Support is offered on a best-effort basis with no response-time commitment. Please do not send confidential information, and do not use the support channels to send anything unlawful or abusive. We may decline to respond and may block persistent misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, with the courts at the seat of Alpha-InfoTec AG having jurisdiction, so far as mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence do not provide otherwise.
